Getting Started with PlacementPilot AI
Welcome to PlacementPilot AI! This guide will help you get started with the platform.
What is PlacementPilot AI?
PlacementPilot AI is a placement preparation platform designed for educational institutions and training centers. It helps organizations:
- Manage candidate profiles and track placement readiness
- Schedule and conduct video interviews
- Record staff assessments with structured scoring
- Generate AI-enhanced reports for placement evaluation
- Organize candidates by batches and departments
First Login
For Invited Users
If you received an invitation email:
- Click the invitation link in your email
- Set your password
- Complete your profile setup
- You'll be directed to your dashboard
For Google Login
- Go to the login page
- Click "Continue with Google"
- Select your Google account
- Complete your profile if prompted
Understanding Your Dashboard
After logging in, you'll see your dashboard with:
Key Metrics
- Total Candidates: Number of candidates in your organization
- Interviews This Month: Scheduled interviews for the current period
- Assessment Coverage: Percentage of candidates with assessments
- Placement Ready: Candidates meeting readiness criteria
Readiness Funnel
The funnel shows candidate progression:
- Total candidates
- Candidates with resumes
- Candidates with completed interviews
- Candidates with assessments
- Placement-ready candidates
Department & Batch Overview
Cards showing statistics for each department and batch, including median assessment score, number of candidates, and assessment coverage percentage.

The sidebar provides access to:

User Roles
PlacementPilot AI has different user roles:
Staff
- View and edit candidates
- Schedule and conduct interviews
- Create assessments
- Generate reports
Org Admin
All staff permissions plus:
- Invite new users
- Manage user roles
- Access billing settings
- Organization configuration
Candidate
- View personal dashboard
- Access own profile and resume
- View assessment feedback
- Download reports
- Join scheduled interviews
Super Admin
Platform-wide access for system administrators.
