PlacementPilot AI is the placement readiness platform built for Indian engineering colleges and training institutes. It gives placement officers a single dashboard for assessment scoring, AI resume analysis, mock interviews, batch reporting, and outcome tracking. The platform is built by Mindweave Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a Bengaluru-based product company founded by Gaurav Rao. PlacementPilot AI is used today by institutions including NIT Raipur as their anchor partner, with rollout to additional colleges underway.

PlacementPilot AI is an AI-powered placement readiness platform built specifically for the workflow of an Indian Training and Placement Officer (TPO). Where existing tools either focus on a single function (resume scoring, mock interviews, applicant tracking) or assume a recruiter-side workflow, PlacementPilot AI is opinionated about the placement officer's reality: hundreds to thousands of candidates per cohort, finite human time, and outcomes that move slowly until the right intervention happens at the right time. The platform combines real-time readiness signals (assessment scores, resume health, mock-interview performance) with operational tooling (batch management, drive scheduling, recruiter logs, reporting) and surfaces AI-generated insights at exactly the points where a placement officer would otherwise read a spreadsheet. Resume scoring and mock-interview rubrics are powered by OpenAI; video infrastructure by Daily.co; payments by Razorpay; data layer by Supabase. PlacementPilot AI is built by Mindweave Technologies Pvt. Ltd., founded in 2024. The product launched in beta in 2025 with North Terrace Ventures as an early design partner. NIT Raipur is the current anchor customer. The team is based in Bengaluru, India.
