What happens after the free trial?
After your 14-day free trial, you can choose to continue with any of our paid plans. Your data and settings will be preserved. If you choose not to continue, your account will be deactivated but data retained for 30 days.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking through Razorpay. For Enterprise plans, we also support invoicing with bank transfers.

What counts as a "candidate"?
A candidate is any student profile in your system. You can add candidates up to your plan limit. Inactive or graduated candidates can be archived without counting towards your limit.

Yes, all plans support multiple staff accounts. You can invite as many staff members as needed. Each staff member gets their own login credentials.
